Network Service Technician

Job Description

Overall purpose and objective of this position: Manage/Maintain CBS company network. Perform network installations of KonicaMinolta MFP Products on customer sites with some software solution installation and training. Remote support to customer base.
Minimum Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office Products, Windows 10 Pro, Windows Server 2012 R2 File and Print Services, Active Directory user management, TCP/IP Routing, DNS, and DHCP

· Working in Microsoft Hyper V environment

· Website maintenance

· College certificate or degree in equivalent field

· Industry Certification in equivalent field (A+, Network+, etc)

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

· Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

· Advanced knowledge of remote connection techniques used to troubleshoot and repair systems offsite

· Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to concisely communicate technical instructions to clients with a non-technical background

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
